Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement for casino and slot bonuses is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. Sports betting bonuses carry a default wagering requirement of five times (5x) the bonus amount at minimum odds of 1.80.

ok222 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that were published due to a manifest technical or human error ("palpable error"), regardless of whether those bets have been settled. ok222 will notify affected players and process refunds of stakes where bets are voided under this provision.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or slot session, the round in progress at the time of the malfunction is void. ok222 will refund the bet amount for the affected round. ok222 is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions or server interruptions.
ok222 is not responsible for disconnections or network failures on the player's side. If a disconnection occurs mid-game, the game state at the point of disconnection will be preserved and can be resumed on reconnection where the game engine supports this. This provision does not apply to sports betting markets, which continue to be settled based on event results.
